Package rates in EURO per adult on Ultra All Inclusive basis

The price includes: Accommodation on Ultra All Inclusive basis, tourist tax, VAT.

The Ultra All Inclusive programme includes:

• Buffet breakfast (07:30-10:00), buffet lunch (12:30-14:30) and buffet dinner (18:00-21:00).
• Morning snack (10:30-12:00), afternoon snack (14:30-17:00), sweets and desserts (16:00-17:00).
  
• Festive Easter lunch on buffet on 15.04.2012.
• Bulgarian alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - 24 hours per day.
• Indoor heated swimming pool with children's section, fitness, sauna, table tennis.
• 50% reduction for SPA services.
• Evening animation programme and DJ party on 14.04.2012.
• Bulgarian folklore programme on 15.04.2012.
• Evening and daily animation programme for children and adults; mini club and mini disco for children.
• Wi-Fi in the lobby area and hotel rooms; safe deposit box in the rooms.

Children and extra bed reductions:

• Children until 6.99 years old with 2 adults in a room stay free of charge.
• One child (7-12.99 years old) on an extra bed with 2 adults in a double room/studio or with 3 adults in triple room stays free of charge.
• Second/third child (7-12.99 years old) on an extra bed with 2 adults in a room pays 50% from the price for an adult.
• Child (7-12.99 years old) on a normal bed  in a double/triple room/studio pays 50% from the price for an adult.
• 1 adullt with two or three children (7-12.99 years old) in a double room: each child pays 50% from the price for an adult.
• Adult (child aged 13 and above years) on an extra bed in a double/triple room/studio pays 70% from the price for an adult on a normal bed.

Maximum/minimum accommodation:

• Double room: maximum 2 adults + 2 children (0-12.99 years old) or 3 adults.
• Triple room: maximum 3 adults + 1 child (0-12.99 years old) or 4 adults; minimum 3 adults.
  
• Studio: maximum 3 adults + 2 children (0-12.99 years old) or 4 adults; minimum 2 adults.
  

Additional information:

• Check in: after 12:00; Check out: before 12:00.
• The first meal of the Ultra All inclusive programme (on the day of arrival) will be lunch, the last meal (on the day of departure) will be breakfast.

Payment and cancellation conditions:

• All reservations should be pade in full 2 days after confirmation.
• If a reservation is cancelled before 15.03.2012, 100% of the reservation amount is refundable.
• If a reservation is cancelled after 15.03.2012, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. Changes of the name of the reservation are possible.
• In case of no-show: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
