Chaika is a resort and a villa area. It is officially part of Golden Sands resort, but it is not so well developed in means of entertainment facilities. However the area comprises many restaurants, shops and bars and it is quieter than the busier resorts. Chaika area is situated between Golden Sands and Sunny Day resorts. It has a nice large beach. Aladja Monastery is situated nearby. The only chair lift leading to the sea along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast is located in Chaika.
