Cancellations and No-show
|
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the day of arrival.
In case of late cancellation the cost of one night’s accommodation will be charged.
In case of no show the cost of two night’s accommodation will be charged. Cancellations of reservations made for the periods 19.12-26.12, 05.01-11.01, 15.02-07.03 must be made at least 15 days before the day of arrival, in case of late cancellation the cost of one night’s accommodation will be charged.
Cancellations of reservations made for the period 27.12-04.01 must be made at least 30 days before the day of arrival, in case of late cancellation the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
