The Suite consists of a separate bedroom and a living room.
The One-bedroom apartment consists of a separate bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette.
Up to 4 persons can be accommodated in the Suite as well as in the One-bedroom apartment (the rates for the suites and the apartments are per unit).

Buffet breakfast and dinner (halfboard) are included in the room rate of the double rooms and the suites.
The One-bedroom apartments are on self catering basis. Breakfast and dinner supplements are optional when accommodated in a one-bedroom apartment:
Breakfast supplement per day- 3.50 euro/adult, 1.75 euro/child (under 13 years);
Dinner supplement per day- 6.50 euro/adult, 3.25 euro/child (under 13 years);
Halfboard supplement (breakfast and dinner) per day- 8.00 euro/adult, 4.00 euro/child (under 13 years).

Infants under 2 years old stay free of charge.
1 child between 2 - 12 /including/ years of age stays free if accommodated in a double room with two fullpaying adults. Second child (2-12 years) on an extra bed pays 50% from the price for an adult on a normal bed.
One or two children 2-12 /including/ years of age, accommodated in a double room with one fullpaying adult pay 50% from the price for an adult on a normal bed.
Adults / over 13 year olds pay 80% from the price for an adult if accommodated on an extra bed in a double room.

Taxes

VAT and tourist tax are included in the room rate.

Cancellations and No-show
|
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the day of arrival.
In case of late cancellation the cost of one night’s accommodation will be charged.
In the case of no show the cost of two night’s accommodation will be charged.
