Cancellations and No-show

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the day of arrival.

Cancellations of reservations made for the period 29.12.2011-02.01.2012 must be made at least 31 days before the day of arrival, in case of late cancellation or no show the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
