Pamporovo Castle Apartment Complex is situated on the main ski slope of the Bulgarian mountain resort of Pamporovo. The main ski lift station is in close proximity to the complex. 
  Pamporovo is situated 85 km from the city of Plovdiv and 250 km from the capital Sofia in the south part of the Rhodope Mountain. The average year temperature is 8,5°С, and the thickness of the snow layer is 140 – 150 cm. The average January temperature is about 3°C. The resort altitude is 1 650 m, with its highest peak being Snezhanka – 1926 m.
  Pamporovo Castle Complex consists of three main buildings- Castle 1, Castle 2 and Castle 3. Castle 1 and Castle 2 were built in 2006 and Castle 3 in 2007. Castle 2 is already sold out. Apartments for sale are available in the other two main buildings- Castle 1 and Castle 2. Castle 1 is also categorised as an apart hotel, part of the apartments, which are property of individual owners, are being rented by tourists. 
  The development consists of a veriety of one- and two-bedroom apartments with sizes ranging from 50 m² to 80 m². Almost all apartments have terraces, fireplaces and storage rooms.  The residents can enjoy the garden barbecue and deck-chairs in the summer or the skiing in the winter. 20% - payable upon transferal of the ownership of the property.

Payment plan 2 (Leasing):
Castle 1 and Castle3-
2000 euro – deposit for 20 days;
50% - on signing of the preliminary contract;
50% - equal monthly installments for 1 or 2 years with interest negotiated between both parties.
